1. Confirm your eligibilityYou need to be a verified doctor, advanced practice nurse or physician assistant on Doximity to be eligible. Not sure if you’re verified? Just sign in to your Doximity account to check.
2. Fill out a proposalThe proposal takes only a few minutes and, ideally, should be completed 2-4 months before you plan to leave. Recipients are emailed by the 1st and 15th of each month. Over 80% of trips are funded.
3. Book your flightOnce your project is approved you’ll receive a link to our travel portal. Just click it to book your flight. The charges go to us, no messy reimbursement paperwork. Sorry, we do not reimburse for flights already purchased.
4. Enjoy your tripPursue your passion, and take lots of photos while you’re there.
5. Share your storyWhen you return, share photos and a short recap of the trip. Hopefully it’ll inspire other Doximity members to be just like you.
