Fill out a proposalThe proposal takes only a few minutes and, ideally, should be completed 2-4 months before you plan to leave. Recipients are emailed by the 1st and 15th of each month. Over 80% of trips are funded.
Book your flightOnce your project is approved you’ll receive a link to our travel portal. Just click it to book your flight. The charges go to us, no messy reimbursement paperwork. Sorry, we do not reimburse for flights already purchased.
