The Physicians Executive Program at Stanford GSB (PEP) equips physicians with the business knowledge, leadership tools, and executive mindset needed to guide today’s most complex health systems.
The Stanford Graduate School of Business is launching the Physicians Executive Program (PEP), funded by the Doximity Foundation. This is a one-of-a-kind leadership experience designed exclusively for physicians. Through a blend of virtual preparation, immersive on-campus learning, and collaborative project work, participants will strengthen their ability to:
Build executive business acumen to navigate the challenges of leading large organizations
Lead self and others through hands-on, experiential training
Drive innovation in healthcare delivery and policy
Mid-career physicians are uniquely positioned to transform the future of healthcare. PEP provides the tools and perspective to step into senior leadership roles—whether as hospital CEOs, COOs, or other executive leaders.
